Created by Michelangelo Buonarroti (1475-1564), this David Bust is taken from Michelangelo's complete sculpture (Italian, 1501-04) of the biblical David contemplating his battle with the giant Goliath. Now in the Galleria dell' Accademia, Florence. the original stands over 14 feet tall. Our bust captures the intense expression on David's face with attention to the masterful sculpting of Michelangelo's original. The ringlets of hair have deep undercutting and detail just like the original too.

Made from Fiberglass / Resin, flat white finish with grey highlights, 17"H including base x 9"W x 7"D.
