If only these three young beauties could talk! These three personifications of gracefulness were the constant attendants of Aphrodite, the goddess of love. Sculpted by the foremost Neoclassical sculptor in Europe, Antonio Canova in 1814, this sculpture exemplifies a common theme in art from this period--a revival of mythological themes and classical ideals from Greco-Roman antiquity.

Three Graces, Canova's version, is made from a marble and resin that reveals the smallest of details. It is available in two sizes: desktop size 6.5" L x 4.5" W x 12" H, and a gallery quality grande version, 28"H.
