The Goddess Maat is the goddess of truth, right, and orderly conduct. It is said that in the judgment of the dead she holds the scales which weigh the human heart. This wall relief fragment illustrates a royal male offering Maat. It is meticulously reproduced after an actual tomb painting in the Temple of Abydos, Egypt, Dynasty XIX, 1317 BC.

As part of our Egyptian Interior Design Collection, this Egyptian Wall Relief is exceedingly high in quality! It looks like it has just been extracted from the original wall. Made from fiberglass, ready to hang, 38"H x 20.5"W. Available in either a limestone finish, or limestone with color and gold details.
