This stunning depiction of St. Sebastian from the St. Sebastian Catacomb on the outskirts of Rome is a testament to the long and prestigious career of Gianlorenzo Bernini whose work echoes with the essence of human passion. This later work was executed under Bernini’s supervision by one of his assistants, Antonio Giorgetti. Made from bonded carrara marble, imported from Italy, 4.5"H x 10.5"W x 3.5"L.
