Artemis Head from Vatican Museum, Artemis in classical mythology is the goddess of archers, the hunt, wild animals, and fertility. She is the twin sister of Apollo -- and not surprisingly, this head looks quite a bit like the legendary Apollo Belvedere sculpture. Now in the Vatican Museum, this head is from the 2nd century AD by a Roman sculptor after a Greek original.
Gallery quality reproduction, certified by the Vatican Museum, bonded gray marble, black marble base, 11.8"H (including the base).
