Egyptian relief from the Temple of Isis, Philae (ca. 280 BC) which illustrates "An Offering to Isis and Osiris." Osiris was the God of Vegetation and Regeneration who in this role, was chosen to judge dead mortals who wanted to follow him to Heaven. Osiris is shown receiving a votive offering from a royal family member as Isis, his wife, sister and Mother of all Gods and Nature, looks on with wings outstretched around him.
Egyptian deities wall relief is made from stone and resin, meticulous detail with an aged sandstone finish, ready to hang, 13.5"H x 20"W.
