Salvador Dali's iconic moustache tells the time of this unusual desk alarm clock. A fish rotates around the clock once a minute. Why? We don't know! Dali's paintings typically illustrate the unusual -- so, a fish seems "natural" here.
Desk clock has a snooze alarm and light. Operates on one AA battery (not included). Comes boxed with instructional booklet. Measures 4" in diameter and stands 2.5" tall. Face is 2.25" diameter. 1 year warranty. Another amusing product by the Unemployed Philosopher's Guild.
SALVADOR DALI
(May 11, 1904 - January 23, 1989):
Dali was almost as famous for his eccentricity and exhibitionism as for
his Surrealist paintings, which he called 'hand-painted dream
photographs.' Dali was influenced by the writings of Sigmund Freud and
his emphasis on erotic imagery and the subconscious. In addition to
painting, Dali also made surrealist ventures into film making (with Luis
Bunuel, Un Chien Andalou), advertising and the ballet.
