Greco-Roman Charioteer with chariot and two horses. As one of the most popular sports in the early Greek Olympic games, the chariot race always marked the opening of the games. It was followed by the pentathlon which consisted of running, jumping, javelin and discus throwing and wrestling.

Made from a cultured marble that reveals the smallest of details, this sculpture measures 10" L x 4" W x 6" H.
