A penny for your thoughts. "The Thinker" (1879-89) was originally designed by Auguste Rodin as part of a larger sculptural program called "The Gates of Hell". Once removed, the sculpture has become synonymous with deep intellectual contemplation. This reproduction captures the original "rough" surface texture created by Rodin's own hands!
The Thinker Statue is made from bonded stone, bronze finish. The "small" Thinker measures 7"H. The "large" Thinker measures 11.5"H and comes on a black marble base.
