At one time atop every Medieval Gothic cathedral as waterspouts, gargoyles sat observing in the shadows, sometimes sneering, other times teasing. This is a fun gargoyle adaptation of Aguste Rodin's masterpiece sculpture, "The Thinker". The Thinker (1879-89) was originally designed by Auguste Rodin as part of a larger sculptural program called The Gates of Hell. Made from hand painted cold cast resin, measures 33 3/4"H.
